We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking and insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.The aluminium pot must be securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

Upon receiving the returned aluminium pot, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

If the aluminium pot passes the inspection, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 days.

Refunds will only include the cost of the aluminium pot; original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or damage.



We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an aluminium pot, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item separately.
